Shipping

Standard shipping is through first class USPS mail. My suggestion is to use USPS Priority Mail. This ensures that you will receive the item quicker, usually 1-3 business days. It also provides insurance up to $100. The mail has been slower than normal, especially if there are winter storms. Currently, I’m only shipping within the US. I am figuring out how to offer other countries. All orders will include a tracking number. Thank you for your patience.

What's my ring size?

Ring size can change slightly when we are too hot or cold so make sure to measure when you are comfortable at room temperature.

- Buy a ring sizer for $5 online.

- Use a string and wrap it around the base of your finger. Mark where it overlaps and measure the length in millimeters. Use a size chart with measurements to find the accurate size.

The ring should slide over your knuckle easily but should NOT be loose. Using these methods will help you find the correct ring size.

Return policy

Once the item has been purchased there are no refunds or returns. All pieces are packaged safely with no chance of the jewelry being damaged. Bracelets will be checked to make sure they are durable and 100% in tact. If your bracelet happens to break sometime in the future, I will do one free restring. You will just have to pay the shipping! I’ve had bracelets that have lasted years and are still very durable. Avoiding wear and tear is key. For optimal health of the string, do not submerge in water and always take them off during physical activity.

All of the stones/crystals are ethically sourced and carefully selected to guarantee high quality results.

Do you work with gold?

Yes, I can cast wax work in any metal. Pendants will be very easy to work with. I haven’t made a ring in gold but I would love to!
